We recommend booking your social function tickets during your registration, even when included in the registration cost.
While we appreciate circumstances may change, we cannot guarantee late requests to attend social functions. Attendance numbers are required in advance of the meeting, and the earlier we are advised of your attendance the better.
The
social functions have limited availability, tickets will be allocated on
a first-in, first-served basis. If a function is showing as FULL during registration, you will have an opportunity to place yourself on the waiting list for a ticket.
Welcome Function
Join us as we kick off this year’s meeting with a brand-new welcome function!
We’re delighted to introduce a relaxed gathering in the exhibition area on the opening evening of the meeting. This is a wonderful opportunity for whakawhanaungatanga—connect with colleagues, meet new faces, and engage with industry partners as we come together to begin the meeting in style.
