On submission of your registration, a confirmation will be emailed to you, with your invoice/ receipt. To amend any registration details, or to cancel your registration, please contact the Conference Managers via email sheryl@outshine.co.nz or phone +64 (0)7 823 1910.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST.  Please select the correct TSANZ Member or Non-Member category during registration. TSANZ membership status will be checked and registrations will be updated accordingly, with the difference in fees invoiced. There is no on-demand component in 2025.

TSANZ and the conference organisers do not accept any responsibility for bookings made via unofficial websites/agencies or any money lost as a result.

Terms and Conditions

Payment
Payment will be required by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). Credit card statements will show debit as Outshine Ltd and will incur a 2% booking fee. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. Credit card payments are processed via a secure Windcave gateway, a Level 1 service provider compliant with PCI DSS version 2.0. Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your online registration.

Cancellation
All cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers at sheryl@outshine.co.nz.

Cancellations made prior to 10 August will be refunded less NZ$100.00 to cover administration costs. No registration refunds for full cancellations will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. You may elect to reassign your registration, in which case please contact the Conference Managers with the replacement delegate contact details.

If unable to hold the conference in-person for any reason, including a Force Majeure event, the conference may be delivered online. Should this be the case, your registration will be converted to an online registration, less any unrecoverable costs already incurred.

If for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled outright, the registration fees will be refunded less a NZ$100.00 administration fee.


Registration Category
It is expected that you accurately select the appropriate category during registration, including the appropriate TSANZ membership status. During the standard registration review process, you may be contacted to request proof of your chosen registration type. If requested, evidence must be provided within 7 days; failure to do so will result in an automatic update of your registration category, and you will be required to pay the difference in fees.

Attendance Certificates
Attendance certificates are only provided to individuals registered under delegate categories. Healthcare industry and exhibitor registrations do not qualify for certificates of attendance.

Photography / Video
The TSANZ | ANZSRS New Zealand Branch Meeting is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some meeting activities. Additionally, TSANZ/ ANZSRS may arrange for photos to be taken during the meeting. TSANZ/ ANZSRS reserves the right to use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet. The Conference Managers may also use images taken at the meeting with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including on the internet, with the permission of TSANZ/ ANZSRS. Meeting attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to the Conference Managers at sheryl@outshine.co.nz

Health & Safety
The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the Organising Committee and the Meeting Venue, are committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment for all attendees, and to providing the information needed to achieve this. The Conference Managers, in conjunction with the Organising Committee and the Meeting Venue, will take responsibility for providing health and safety procedures whilst on-site, however, all attendees need to be aware of their own responsibilities. Each attendee is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy meeting environment through:

  • Listening to the health and safety briefing on-site and/or reading the health and safety procedure document provided on-site at the registration desk.
  • Ensuring all accidents and incidents that occur on-site at the meeting are reported.
  • Informing the Conference Managers, a member of the Organising Committee or a staff member at the Venue/s immediately of any health and safety concerns.
  • Respecting your own personal safety and that of other meeting delegates and employees.
  • Stay home if you are unwell, advise the Conference Managers, and switch to on-demand registration.
  • Follow all venue and public health guidelines and regulations.
Delegate List
Personal information is collected on behalf of TSANZ/ ANZSRS. A delegate list will be produced for the meeting including name, email address, organisation, state/region and country. It will be distributed to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and provided to TSANZ/ ANZSRS and future organisers of TSANZ/ ANZSRS meetings. This list will not be provided by the TSANZ/ ANZSRS New Zealand Branch Meeting Organising Committee to any other third party. Should you not wish your details to be included on the delegate list please indicate during the registration process.

Insurance
The Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand / Australian and New Zealand Society of Respiratory Science and the Conference Managers will not accept any liability for losses associated with the meeting. Delegates are advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including insurance for personal possessions and financial loss due to the cancellation or postponement of the meeting.

For the  TSANZ | ANZSRS NZ Branch Meeting 2025, we require consent to process your data. This includes the collection, storage and use of your personal information to manage event registration, communication and participation.
