Dr Missa Mohd Amin is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist at Christchurch Hospital, specialising in minimally invasive, image-guided treatments. She completed her medical degree at the University of Otago in 2012, followed by radiology training in Wellington, gaining FRANZCR in 2021. She subsequently completed fellowships in Abdominopelvic Imaging and Interventional Radiology.
Her clinical interests include management of venous thromboembolism, including deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism, interventional oncology, vascular malformations, peripheral arterial interventions, vascular access, and minimally invasive treatments for men’s and women’s health. She holds European Board of Interventional Radiology (EBIR) certification and is a member of RANZCR, IRSA and CIRSE.
